Yiwu Kaixin Socks Co., Ltd. was founded on 24 April 2006 in Houzhai Street, Yiwu, Zhejiang, combining independent R&D, scaled production and custom manufacturing. Yiwu Kaixin Socks Co., Ltd. was founded on 24 April 2006 and is a source knitting factory in Yiwu that combines independent R&D, scaled production and custom manufacturing. Based in Yiwu, Zhejiang — the world's largest small-commodity distribution centre — the company focuses on next-to-skin knitwear for babies, children and adults, and draws on Yiwu's mature industrial cluster and supply chain to offer online sellers, brand owners, export buyers and physical retailers a one-stop sock supply solution.
The company trades under the Kaixin Socks name and holds an exclusive licence to use the Yimengyu trademark (registration No. 11740510) on Class 25 goods until 2034, giving it both own-brand operation and brand manufacturing credentials. The plant has a standardised production area and separate warehousing, and operates a complete automated sock production line able to handle knitting, forming and inspection in house.
The company currently operates roughly 1,850 m2 of plant and 500 m2 of warehousing with a core team of 12 that can expand past 30 in peak season. Facilities include a raw material store, knitting workshop, toe-closing workshop, finishing workshop, finished-goods inspection area and finished-goods warehouse. Production is standardised end to end under a three-tier quality system, controlled from material intake through to outbound dispatch.

Responsible for overall management and the company quality policy, coordinating production, e-commerce operations, purchasing and finance. He has led the company since its founding in 2006 and drove its move onto the 1688 platform in 2017 to build an online wholesale channel. He also serves as Vice President of the fifth Yiwu Anhui Chamber of Commerce (2025-2028).

Production team
Knitting, toe closing, finishing and heat setting
Responsible for the four core processes: fully automatic knitting, reciprocated toe closing, dyeing and finishing, and heat setting. The team runs 60 WHL2_A8 fully automatic knitting machines, controlling yarn tension, reinforcement turns at the toe (no fewer than 12) and needle pick-up (22-24 needles) during knitting, and limiting toe alignment deviation to 1 mm or less during closing.

Quality team
Incoming, in-process, finished-goods and outbound inspection
The team covers four inspection roles — incoming (IQC), in-process (IPQC), finished-goods (FQC) and outbound (OQC) — and owns the inspection records for each stage. Incoming materials are sampled at no less than 5% with full inspection of key materials; production follows a first-article approval rule with inspections every two hours; and finished goods complete 11 internal quality tests plus a full visual inspection before dispatch.

E-commerce and customer service team
Platform operations, inquiry response and order fulfilment
Responsible for 1688 store operations, inquiry response and order fulfilment follow-up. The store has traded for nine years with a 79% response rate, a 100% fulfilment rate and an 83% repeat-purchase rate. The team also handles dropship and small trial orders, with a dedicated contact from inquiry and sampling through ordering, production and after-sales.

Is there a minimum order quantity for a first order, and how large is it?
OEM labelling starts at 5,000 pairs and custom styles start at 2,000 sets. Kaixin also supports low-MOQ light customization and small in-stock purchases, so smaller merchants and startup brands can run a trial order first, validate market response and then move into volume production without committing to large inventory up front.

Do you support dropshipping, and will popular sizes go out of stock?
Yes, dropshipping is supported. Kaixin holds core best-sellers in stock all year so online sellers can list products without holding inventory, reducing capital tied up and dead-stock risk. In-stock core styles ship quickly, and for long-term dropship partnerships the staple styles and stock levels can be agreed during style selection.

What is the lead time for volume orders?
Lead time depends on style complexity, order quantity and whether a new pattern must be developed. The standard approach is to schedule production by order volume once the sample is approved, with delivery dates agreed in writing when the order is confirmed. Annual capacity is 3 million pairs and routine monthly shipments are 400,000 pairs, so sustained volume is feasible. Incoming materials are sampled at no less than 5% and production is inspected every two hours so both schedule and quality stay under control.
