OEM labelling
Audience：Baby, apparel and mother-and-baby brand owners who sell socks under their own brand
Duration：Reference lead time: production is scheduled by order volume once the sample is approved. Exact dates are confirmed per order (OEM MOQ 5,000 pairs).
Production follows the customer's brand standard, process requirements and packaging specification end to end. The customer supplies brand information and quality requirements, while Kaixin handles everything from raw material and knitting through finished-goods inspection and packing, so the finished goods can go straight into the customer's sales channel. OEM MOQ is 5,000 pairs and custom styles start at 2,000 sets.

ODM design development
Audience：Online sellers and brand owners who need to launch new styles quickly without in-house design
Duration：Reference lead time: progresses step by step from concept to sample approval, with milestones confirmed by both parties.
Drawing on in-house design and development capability, Kaixin creates new patterns, fits and colourways and supports customers with style selection, revision and production. The core team includes designers, process engineers and pattern specialists who follow market trends and the wearing needs of babies and children, and can independently take a new style from concept through pattern design, fit revision and process implementation.

Sample-based customization
Audience：Customers who already have a target sample and need it replicated or refined
Duration：Reference lead time: process analysis follows receipt of the sample, and production is scheduled after sample approval.
Customers can send a sample for replication or refinement, and Kaixin reproduces the process and feel accurately to keep the finished goods consistent. Once the sample arrives, the material and process are analysed to confirm cotton content, weight, pattern and toe-closing method, a counter-sample is produced for approval, and volume production follows.

Rapid sampling
Audience：Customers who need to validate styles quickly and shorten time to market
Duration：Reference lead time: sampling is fast, with exact days confirmed by style complexity.
New styles are sampled quickly so customers can approve them sooner and shorten time to market. Because Kaixin owns both the machines and the technical team, sampling does not queue behind an external factory: pattern files can be imported directly to the knitting machines to verify needle selection, and the sample is delivered once the pattern is confirmed free of misalignment or dropped stitches.

Low-MOQ light customization

Light customization adapts to the order capacity of smaller merchants and startup brands, lowering the barrier to entry for custom work. Colours, lace trims and packaging can be adjusted on an existing fit, so the customer avoids large-inventory risk and can move straight into volume production once the trial order succeeds.

Stock supply and dropshipping

Duration：Reference lead time: scheduled under annual or quarterly frameworks, with delivery dates per contract.
Kaixin supplies wholesalers, brand owners and cross-border companies with stable volume over the long term. Annual capacity is 3 million pairs with 400,000 pairs of routine monthly shipments, and full-container delivery is supported. Incoming materials are sampled at no less than 5%, production is inspected every two hours, and finished goods complete 11 internal quality tests plus a full visual inspection before dispatch.
