How we work with four types of channel, and what it delivers
Kaixin works with online sellers, baby brand owners, export buyers and offline mother-and-baby channels. Nine years of trading on 1688 with a 100% fulfilment rate and an 83% repeat-purchase rate, with buyer reviews highlighting prompt dispatch, comfort and value.
-

Online seller: steady reorders under a dropshipping model
The customer sells baby and kids socks on Tmall and Pinduoduo using a dropshipping model with no inventory of its own. Kaixin keeps the customer's chosen baby, kids and princess styles in stock all year and ships directly once an order is placed, so even peak season no longer produces stock-outs in popular sizes. The customer also uses the factory's product images and specifications, cutting its own photography costs.
Result:A long-running partnership with a consistently high reorder rate; on the 1688 platform the overall repeat-purchase rate is 83% and the fulfilment rate is 100%.
-

Baby brand owner: OEM labelling and own-brand launch
The customer needed to sell baby socks under its own brand but had neither a production line nor a process team. Kaixin ran the full OEM process to the customer's brand standard, packaging specification and hangtag requirements, and supplied a sample for approval before production. Goods are produced to GB 31701-2015 Class A with a batch inspection report, which the customer can use directly in product pages and recruitment material.
Result:A closed loop from sample approval to volume delivery, with Class A safety under GB 31701-2015 and a batch inspection report for every shipment.
-

Export: produced to export standards and shipped by container
The customer sources baby and adult socks for overseas retail channels and requires compliance with the chemical and safety regulations of the destination market. Kaixin's quality management system can align with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, the EU REACH regulation and US CPSIA testing requirements. Production follows the standard specified by the customer, finished goods complete 11 internal quality tests and a full visual inspection before dispatch, and full-container delivery is supported.
Result:Production follows the customer's specified standard, with 11 internal quality tests and full visual inspection before dispatch, targeting a 100% outbound pass rate.
-

Offline mother-and-baby channel: frequent small restocking
The customer runs a physical mother-and-baby store with modest order quantities but a strong need for fast replenishment. Kaixin keeps the store's common styles in stock and supports small-quantity purchases and rapid reorders, so the store can adjust its display mix flexibly without tying up cash in one bulk buy. The factory also provides display suggestions and selling-point notes so staff can explain the Class A safety standard to shoppers.
Result:The store restocks frequently in small quantities with no bulk inventory commitment, and stock-outs on best-sellers are markedly reduced.
Why are the customer names anonymised?
Customer names in these cases have been anonymised at the customers' request; only the channel type and industry are retained so as not to affect the customers' own sourcing and pricing strategies. The platform metrics quoted (fulfilment, repeat purchase and response rates) come from the 1688 store statistics and can be verified on the store page. To discuss cooperation details closer to your own channel, submit a request on the contact page and we will walk through what is practical in your situation.
